| Monthly Carpet SpecialsUSA Carpets is located in the heart of the Carpet manufacturing hub. More than 80% of the world's carpet is manufactured within 20 miles of our location. About 60% of all laminate flooring is manufactured within this same area. As you might expect, a carpet wholesaler can expect to find plenty of cheap carpet prices with so many manufacturers concentrated in one geographic area. While the days are long gone when carpet used to "fall of the back of the trucks" (a reference to the once notorious theft of truckloads of carpet), there are still a number of excellent "buys" that can be found here in the Dalton area. USA Carpets staffs a full-service Flooring showroom that displays all current products from Mohawk carpet, Shaw carpet, Beaulieu Carpet and other manufacturers and these are available in both First-quality cut-order and First-quality roll inventory in our warehouse. However, we constantly search for special buys for our large Home builder and regular property Management Flooring customers. While USA Carpets concentrates on first-quality overstocks, dropped (discontinued) styles, and trial runs, there is always an abundance of deeply discounted products that carpet manufacturers need help in selling inventory. Irregular Quality Carpet is always plentiful and you might be surprised as to what constitutes "irregular". In some cases, a lot of carpet can be dyed and the color is slightly off-shade from the thousands of showroom samples across the country. Since the sample (on the showroom floor) does not represent the color of the roll, the entire lot is tagged as irregular. In other cases, only a trained quality control expert can identify the reason for the product being tagged as "irregular". These products perform the same as first quality products; they simply did not pass "muster" at the final checkpoint. Our staff keeps a close eye on irregular inventory at each carpet manufacturer, but even so, it is sometimes necessary to "know" someone inside the manufacturer in order to be first-in-line to purchase these products. They sell very quickly and they are often exceptional "buys". USA carpets sells these products very quickly, as well. Each week we display the specials that we purchase, but they rarely last. These specials often sell to other Carpet retailers throughout the country and they sell these as "special buys". While we think you will be very pleased with the carpet price savings you will receive (from USA Carpets) on First-quality carpet styles you find in your own hometown; you might be overwhelmed by the price of the same style sold as "irregular". Often finding the same style and color of the carpet you are seeking (as an irregular) is impossible, but savings can be significant (as much as 75%) if you are willing to take a similar construction and similar color.
